1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Euphora Labs, TOO, Krylova 44, Karaganda, Kazakhstan ("we"). We provide Melantha as a service in electronic form. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use Melantha
You must be 18 or over. You may not use Melantha where our AI provider does not offer its services, or where the law or sanctions forbid it.
3. The service
We give you access to the following service, free of charge during the beta:
- An AI asks you about your dilemma and writes a short summary, which you check and confirm.
- Fifty AI agents predict what they would do in your place. Some agents are characters we wrote, shaped by anonymised research data. As more people use Melantha, more agents are built from users' answers. You see the spread of their predictions and their reasons.
- Your confirmed summary is shown to some other users, without your name, so they can answer it.
- To ask again, you answer three dilemmas. Some are written by us, and some come from other users. Your answers build your own agent, which answers other people's dilemmas unless you switch this off in settings.
- We may email you when your answers are ready and later ask how things turned out. You can switch these emails off.
During the beta we may change, limit or pause parts of the service. Where we can, we will tell you before a change that affects you.
4. AI and your decisions
The intake's questions, the summaries and all agents' predictions are generated by AI. They are not professional, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not statements by real people. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them.
5. Your account
Use an email address you control and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at legal@melantha.ai if you think someone else has accessed it.
6. What you write
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide and improve the service, including to show your confirmed summary to other users without your name, to build your agent from your answers and let it answer others, to create de-identified statistics, and to train our own AI models on information that no longer identifies you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for de-identified statistics, models already trained on de-identified information, and what other users already received as part of the service.
You confirm that you have the right to share what you write, and that it does not include names, contact details or other information that identifies another person.
7. Rules
You must not use Melantha to:
- post anything illegal, threatening, harassing or hateful, or any sexual content involving minors;
- share personal information about other people or try to identify other users;
- impersonate anyone or mislead us or other users;
- make decisions about other people, such as in employment, credit, housing or insurance;
- access the service by automated means, copy it at scale, bypass its limits or security, or interfere with how it works.
8. Reports and moderation
To report content you believe is illegal or breaks these rules, write to legal@melantha.ai, saying where the content is and why. This address is also our point of contact for users and authorities, in English. A person reviews every report. We may remove content or restrict or close accounts. If we act on your content or account, we tell you why, and you can reply to ask us to reconsider.
9. Our service
The service, including its design, code, name and the AI agents, belongs to us. Using Melantha gives you access to the service, not ownership of any part of it. Some of our agents are shaped by the Twin-2K-500 dataset by Toubia, Gui, Peng, Merlau, Li and Chen (2025), used under CC BY 4.0 and adapted into fictional characters: Twin-2K-500. We reserve all rights in the service and its content against text and data mining, including for training AI models.
10. Ending the service
You can stop at any time and delete your account in settings. We may suspend or close your access if you break these terms or put the service or other people at risk, and we will tell you unless the law or safety prevents it. Sections 6, 9, 11, 13 and 14 continue to apply after this agreement ends.
11. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, it is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on it, for losses that were not foreseeable, or for any loss of profit or income. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to 50 pounds sterling. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. Before bringing any claim, you agree to write to us at legal@melantha.ai and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
14. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Melantha. If any part is invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer this agreement to anyone who takes over Melantha; you may not transfer it without our consent.
